Jim Bakke has been in the real estate business since 1983. He holds a BA in both Business and Economics and has over 25 years of experience in real estate sales, appraising, investment, and flips in Nashville. His passion is helping others create wealth through real estate investments.
According to HomeLight, Jim is in Nashville's top 10% of agents with over $50,000,000 of closed transactions in Middle Tennessee. A local market expert, he has sold land, multifamily units, condominium, multimillion dollar custom homes, new construction, commercial and industrial properties.
Jim lives in Nolensville with his amazing wife Lori and has three grown children.

Calea Davis has lived in Nashville for over 25 years and has extensive real estate experience helping people find homes in extremely competitive markets, getting top dollar for listings, and maximizing rehabs. Along with being a Realtor, she also has a B.A., an MBA, and her real estate appraisal license.

ETHAN HUFFARD

Ethan’s family moved to Nashville from Nigeria when he was thirteen years old, and he has called it home ever since. He attended Hume-Fogg for high school and earned a BA in Spanish and a Masters of Education from Lipscomb University. While playing soccer at Lipscomb, Ethan met his wife Carla, who is a NICU nurse. They live in Cane Ridge with their three children and elderly chocolate lab.
Ethan loves helping people achieve their goals in real estate. Whether buying or selling, Ethan uses his knowledge of Nashville and the real estate market to ensure his clients feel educated and at peace about the decisions they make.
Ethan has worked as a Spanish teacher and soccer coach at Ezell-Harding Christian School for sixteen years. Ethan serves on the mission committee and as a youth coach at Hillsboro Church of Christ. When he is not working, he enjoys traveling with his family and leading youth mission trips to Honduras.
